What format are the files?

All Clarity Prints products are delivered as PDF files. Every download includes both A4 and US Letter sizes, so you can print on whichever paper size you have at home.

How do I download my files?

Your files are available immediately after purchase. You'll be redirected to a download page right after checkout, and you'll also receive an email with a download link. Click the link in either place to save the PDFs to your device. The email link remains active so you can re-download anytime.

Can I print them multiple times?

Yes — unlimited times. Once you've purchased a printable, you own it and can print as many copies as you like. Print a fresh sheet whenever you need one, no restrictions.

What paper size should I use?

Every download includes both A4 and US Letter versions. If you're in the US, select the US Letter (8.5” × 11”) file. If you're in Europe, Australia, or most other countries, use the A4 file. Both are included in every purchase at no extra cost.

Do I need special paper?

No special paper is required. Standard 80gsm / 20lb printer paper works perfectly for all our printables. If you'd like a slightly sturdier feel, printing on 90–100gsm paper gives a premium look — but it's completely optional. Any paper in your home printer will do the job.

Can I use these on my iPad or tablet?

Yes! All our PDFs are fully compatible with digital note-taking apps including GoodNotes and Notability. Simply import the PDF into your app of choice and write or annotate directly on it using your Apple Pencil or stylus. No printing required if you prefer to go digital.

What if I have trouble downloading my files?

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us and we'll get it sorted quickly. Include your order number in the message and we'll re-send your download link as soon as possible.

Do you offer refunds?

Because all our products are digital downloads, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the files have been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase — a corrupted file, a download that won't load, or anything else — please reach out to us and we'll do our best to help find a solution.
